    1. Preheat skillet over medium heat.
    2. Coat pan with cooking oil.
    3. Break ground turkey into bite-size pieces, place them onto the pan and let them cook for 3-5 minutes, flip and cook for another 3-5 minutes.
    4. Turkey will brown when fully cooked, juices will also run clear.
    5. Use an instant-read thermometer to ensure internal temperature has reached 165 F.


    1. Pre-heat grill to medium-high heat.
    2. Shape ground turkey into 1/2" patties. 
    3. Lightly oil grate.
    4. Cook patties for 3-5 minutes per side or until juices run clear.

    1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
    2. Form ground turkey into small sized balls.
    3. Place turkey balls onto a nonstick or greased baking sheet.
    4. Place baking sheet in the oven and cook for 15-20 minutes or until the turkey browns and the juices run clear.
    5. Use an instant-read thermometer to ensure internal temperature has reached 165 F.

Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf


    • 1 lb. Ground Turkey, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs, 1 egg, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper, 6 ounces Colby cheese cut into 1/2" cubes, 1/4 cup of ketchup (optional)

Cooking Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
    2. In a bowl, mix the turkey, bread crumbs, and egg by hand. Season with salt and pepper. Fold the cheese cubes into the mixture.
    3. Transfer to a loaf pan, and top with ketchup.
    4. Bake 30-45 minutes in preheated oven, to an internal temperature of 165 F.

Serving Size: Serves 4.

Spicy Chipotle Turkey Burgers


    • 1 lb. Ground Turkey, 1/2 cup finely chopped onion, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro, 1 chipotle chile in adobo sauce finely chopped, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon seasoned salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 4 slices mozzarella cheese, 4 hamburger buns

Cooking Directions:

    1. Preheat grill for medium-high heat, and lightly oil grate.
    2. Place the ground turkey, onion, cilantro, chipotle chile pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, seasoned salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl; mix well.
    3. Form in 4 patties.
    4. Cook the hamburgers on the grill until the turkey is no longer pink in the center, about 4 minutes per side.
    5. Place mozzarella slices on the patties 2 minutes before they are ready.
    6. Serve on toasted buns.
