Our Thick Cut Duroc Smoked Bacon is rich in flavor and, unlike most bacon, doesn’t disappear as it’s being cooked! It's a delicious breakfast entrée or a wonderful addition to any sandwich or meal. Our bacon stands up firm with thick lean lines. We source our pork from local farms in the Midwest who meet and exceed our high all natural standards. Because of the nature of the curing process, our bacon is not classified as "all natural."

- Pre-heat skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add bacon to skillet in a single layer.
- Cook over medium-low heat.
- Turn frequently until desired crispness is attained.
- If cooked crisp, bacon should have reached a safe internal temperature.
- On microwave-safe plate, place bacon slices side by side between layers of paper towels.
- Cook on high for the following approximate times:
- 2 Slices = 2 Minutes
- 4 Slices = 4 Minutes
- 6 Slices = 6 Minutes
