These bite sized delicacies are cut from the small section of the tenderloin but still maintain the buttery tenderness and rich texture of a Tender Filet. Grill

    1. Place tenderloin tips in a large bowl.
    2. Season tips with kosher salt and fresh ground pepper, stir and toss around to spread seasoning evenly.
    3. Place tips on skewers, leaving a small space between each piece. Add vegetables if desired.
    4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
    5. Lightly oil grate.
    6. Place skewers on grill over medium-high heat.
    7. Tips will cook quickly due to smaller size. Make sure to turn several times to ensure tips are evenly cooked.
    8. Cook for 8-10 minutes, be careful not to overcook tips.

Pan Fry/Skillet

    1. Place tenderloin tips in a large bowl.
    2. Season tips with kosher salt and fresh ground pepper, stir and toss around to spread seasoning evenly.
    3. Preheat skillet over medium-high heat.
    4. Add 1-2 tablespoons of butter to coat skillet surface.
    5. Add tips to skillet in a single layer. Tips should sizzle loudly.
    6. Sear meat for 30-45 seconds before turning. Flip and repeat, until meat if fully cooked. 

USDA recommends a safe internal temperature of 160 F.

These are some of the best steak tips I have ever had. They are extremely tender, juicy and packed full of flavor! I've tried steak bites at a variety of restaurants here in the Twin Cities but when I prepared these my way they were hands down the best I've had.
