Grill

    1. Thaw frozen burgers in refrigerator for up to 24-48 hours before cooking.
    2. Preheat grill to medium high heat.
    3. Season burgers to your liking.
    4. Lightly oil grate.
    5. Place patties on the grill and cook 4-5 minutes per side. Meat will brown and juices will run clear when burgers are fully cooked.
    6. Use an instant read thermometer to make sure meat has reached an internal temperature of 160 F.
    7. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.

Pan Fry/Skillet

    1. Thaw frozen burgers in a refrigerator for up to 24-48 hours before cooking.
    2. Preheat cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.
    3. Add 1 tablespoon of butter to coat skillet surface.
    4. Cook patties, flipping them once until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes total.
    5. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.

USDA recommends cooking ground meats to an internal temperature of 160 F.
